摘 要:渤海某油田注水井油管腐蚀严重,针对该油田注水井生产工况特点与腐蚀状况,开展其适用性研究。特别是开展关于N80与几种耐蚀管材抗菌纲、3Cr、5Cr、9Cr、13Cr的组合管材电偶腐蚀的系统性研究,以及进行组合管材技术优选、涂镀层技术评选等研究。针对该油田管柱局部腐蚀,提出有效的组合管材腐蚀治理方案,对后续注水井腐蚀治理具有重要的指导意义。The oil pipe corrosion of an oil injection well in Bohai oil field is serious.According to the characteristics and corrosion condition of the oil injection well,the applicability of the oil injection well is studied.In particular,the systematic study on the galvanic corrosion of N80 and several kinds of anti-bacterial pipe,3Cr,5Cr,9Cr,13Cr combined pipe,as well as the technical optimization of combined pipe and the selection of coating technology was carried out.In view of the local corrosion of the pipe string in this oilfield,the effective corrosion control scheme of the combined pipe is proposed,which has important guiding significance for the subsequent corrosion control of water injection Wells.
