摘　　要：彭祖康养文化是中华优秀传统文化的重要组成部分,通过身体运动体现着健康、休闲的身体文化。它主张天人合一、健康、养生、静下心来,蕴含着丰富的精神情感和浓厚的现代气息,是在深厚的民俗文化积淀的基础上传承而来的。该文运用文献资料、逻辑分析、归纳等方法,研究彭祖康养文化融入校园文化的价值:彭祖养生休闲符合学生身体健康发展的内在需求;主张“天人合一”为学生提供精神家园;遵循校园体育文化的发展规律;是校园建立的必要支撑文化。并针对性提出彭祖康养文化融入校园文化的路径:沉浸式打造彭祖民俗休闲体育文化校园文化环境;在课程中增加彭祖康养文化内容;注重康养文化的校园资源开发;彭祖康养文化融入学校竞赛;做好彭祖校园文化顶层设计。Pengzu Kangyang culture is an important component of excellent traditional Chinese culture,reflecting a healthy and leisurely body culture through physical exercise.It advocates the unity of heaven and humanity,health,wellness,and calmness of the mind,containing rich spiritual emotions and a strong modern atmosphere.It is inherited on the basis of profound folk culture accumulation.This article uses methods such as literature review,logical analysis,and induction to study the value of integrating Peng Zu's health and leisure culture into campus culture:Pengzu's health and leisure activities meet the internal needs of students for healthy development,advocate for the unity of heaven and humanity to provide students with a spiritual home,follow the development laws of campus sports culture,and is a necessary supporting culture for campus.It proposes targeted paths for integrating Pengzu's health and wellness culture into campus culture:creating an immersive campus cultural environment for Pengzu's folk leisure and sports culture;add content on Peng Zu's health and wellness culture in the course;emphasize the development of campus resources for health and wellness culture;integrating Peng Zukang's nurturing culture into school competitions;do a good job in the top-level design of Pengzu campus culture.
