摘 要:为提高镀铝锌板生产机组316L沉没辊的耐高温磨损–腐蚀性能,采用激光熔覆技术在316L基体表面制备Fe60涂层和4种含Mo(质量分数为2.5%,5.0%,7.5%,10.0%)的Fe60复合涂层,对不同涂层的物相、微观组织、力学性能、摩擦性能和腐蚀性能进行表征,探究Mo含量对Fe60涂层组织和性能的影响。结果表明:含Mo涂层析出硬质相Fe_(9.7)Mo_(0.3),Mo对Fe60涂层晶粒度和组织缺陷均有影响,随Mo含量的增加,涂层晶粒度和组织缺陷数均先减后增,w(Mo)=5.0%涂层晶粒度最小、组织无缺陷;与Fe60涂层相比,含Mo涂层硬度降低,而耐磨性均有提升,随Mo含量的增加,涂层耐磨性能先增后减,w(Mo)=5.0%涂层磨损失重最低;与Fe60涂层相比,含Mo涂层耐高温铝锌液腐蚀性能均有提升,随Mo含量的增加,涂层腐蚀速率下降,但Mo质量分数超过5%时,涂层腐蚀面存在局部断裂,实际耐腐蚀性能下降。In order to improve the high temperature wear-corrosion resistance of 316L submerged roll of aluminum plated zinc plate production unit,Fe60 coating and four kinds of Fe60 composite coatings containing Mo(mass fraction 2.5%,5.0%,7.5%,10.0%)were prepared on the surface of 316L matrix by laser cladding technology.The phase,microstructure,mechanical properties,frictional properties and corrosion properties of different coatings were characterized to explore the effect of Mo content on the microstructure and properties of Fe60 coatings.The results show that the hard phase Fe9.7Mo0.3 is precipitated with Mo coating.Mo has an effect on the grain size and microstructure defects of Fe60 coating,with the increase of Mo content,the grain size and microstructure defects of Fe60 coating decrease first and then increase,and w(Mo)=5.0%has the smallest grain size and no microstructure defects.Compared with Fe60,the hardness of the coating containing Mo decreases,while the wear resistance of the coating increases.With the increase of Mo content,the wear resistance of the coating increases first and then decreases,and w(Mo)=5.0%has the lowest wear loss.Compared with Fe60 coating,the corrosion resistance of the coating containing Mo is improved,with the increase of Mo content,the corrosion rate of the coating decreases,but when the Mo mass fraction exceeds 5%,the corrosion resistance of the coating decreases.
