摘 要:选取2011—2021年中国282个地级及以上城市面板数据,构建空间滞后模型和中介效应模型,实证检验高技术产业集聚对城市碳生产率的影响和传导机制。结果表明:高技术产业集聚不仅显著促进城市碳生产率提升,而且对邻近城市碳生产率具有正向空间溢出效应;高技术产业集聚对城市碳生产率的影响存在异质性特征,具体表现为对东部和中部地区城市、大城市和中心城市碳生产率提升的促进作用更强;绿色创新是高技术产业集聚促进城市碳生产率提升的关键途径。由此,政府应统筹推进高技术产业集聚、实施差异化产业发展战略、加大绿色创新扶持力度,充分释放高技术产业集聚对城市碳生产率的助推效应。Based on the panel data of 282 cities at prefecture level and above in China from 2011 to 2021,the spatial lag model and mesomeric effect model are constructed to empirically test the impact and transmission mechanism of high-tech industrial agglomeration on urban carbon productivity.The results indicate that high-tech industry agglomeration not only significantly promotes the improvement of urban carbon productivity,but also has a positive spatial spillover effect on neighboring cities'carbon productivity;The impact of high-tech industry agglomeration on urban carbon productivity has heterogeneous characteristics,specifically manifested as a stronger pr-omoting effect on the improvement of carbon productivity in cities,large cities,and central cities in the eastern and central regions;Green innovation is a key way for high-tech industry agglomeration to promote the improvement of urban carbon productivity.Therefore,the go-vernment should coordinate and promote the agglomeration of high-tech industries,implement differentiated industry development strategies,increase support for green innovation,and fully unleash the boosting effect of high-tech industry agglomeration on urban carbon productivity.
