数字经济、产业协同集聚与城市绿色创新

摘　　要：选取2011—2021年我国285个城市面板数据,借助系统GMM回归模型,实证检验数字经济对城市绿色创新的影响。结果表明:数字经济可显著促进城市绿色创新,且经过一系列稳健性检验后该结论仍然成立。异质性检验结果显示,数字经济对东部、中部以及东北地区城市绿色创新的作用效果更强;数字经济对国家级大数据综合试验区试点城市绿色创新的推动作用更显著。机制检验结果显示,产业协同集聚在数字经济对城市绿色创新的影响中发挥显著中介效应。由此,提出强化数字技术创新,激发城市绿色创新动能;实施差异化发展战略,优化城市绿色创新布局;深化产业协同集聚,畅通城市绿色创新渠道的建议,以期为城市绿色高质量发展提供理论借鉴。Select the panel data of 285 cities in China from 2011 to 2021,this paper empirically examines the impact of digital economy on urban green innovation with the help of systematic GMM regression model.The results show that digital economy can significantly promote urban green innovation,and after a series of robustness tests,the conclusion is still valid.Heterogeneity results show that digital economy has a stronger effect on urban green innovation in eastern,central and northeastern regions.The digital economy has a more significant role in promoting green innovation in pilot cities in state-level big data comprehensive pilot zones.The mechanism test results show that industrial collaborative agglomeration plays a significant intermediary effect on the impact of digital economy on urban green innovation.Therefore,it is proposed to strengthen the innovation of digital technology to stimulate the momentum of urban green innovation;Implement differentiated development strategies and optimize the layout of urban green innovation;It is suggested to deepen industrial collaborative agglomeration and smooth urban green innovation channels,in order to provide theoretical reference for urban green high-quality development.
