摘　　要：基于对数字经济构成、内涵以及统计框架的分析,提出数字经济内生增长效率测度的课题,借助三阶段DEA模型测度数字经济内生增长效率,采用Malmquist指数对数字经济内生增长效率低动态分析。研究发现:经济发展水平、开放度、创新环境等环境变量对数字经济内生增长有显著影响;中国30个省级行政区的数字经济内生增长效率存在明显的空间异质性,无效率主要表现为规模报酬递增;中国数字经济的发展动力主要在于技术进步的推动,数字经济管理和制度建设对于数字经济的内生增长效果并不明显,中国数字经济的内生增长应该强调有管控的规模化发展。Based on the analysis of the composition,connotation and statistical framework of the digital economy,the topic of measuring the efficiency of endogenous growth of the digital economy is proposed.This paper measures the endogenous growth efficiency of the digital economy by the three-stage DEA model,and uses the Malmquist index to achieve a dynamic analysis of the inefficiency of the endogenous growth of the digital economy.The study finds that:Environmental variables such as the level of economic development,openness,and innovation environmenthave a significant impact on the endogenous growth of the digital economy,and there is Pareto optimal improvement space for digital industrialization as an input item;There is a strong spatial heterogeneity in the endogenous growth efficiency of the digital economy in 30 provinces in China,and the inefficiency is mainly manifested in the increase of scale remuneration;The development momentum of China's digital economy mainly lies in the promotion of technological progress.The management and system construction of the digital economy is not obvious for the endogenous growth of the digital economy.The endogenous growth of China's digital economy should emphasize the large-scale development of control.
