我国西部地区社区治理创新的多组态路径研究——基于模糊集定性比较分析

摘　　要：社区治理是国家治理的重要基石,其创新水平对国家治理现代化目标的实现有重要影响。立足西部地区,以历届“全国社会治理创新典型案例”中筛选的13个西部地区社区治理创新案例为样本,从组态视角出发,采用模糊集定性比较分析方法,构建基于“三维五因”的分析框架,探索经济发展水平、社区资源、多元共治、科技支撑、项目运作等对西部地区社区治理创新水平的影响。结果表明,多元共治是实现西部地区社区治理创新的必要条件。同时,“内生动力型”“科技助力型”和“多元驱动型”是西部地区社区治理创新的多组态路径。Community governance is an important cornerstone of national governance,and the innovation level of community governance is related to the overall realization of the goal of modernization of national governance.By taking 13 innovative cases of community governance in the western region selected from the previous"typical cases of national social governance innovation"as samples and adopting the fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis method(fsQCA)from the perspective of configuration,this paper constructs the"three-dimensional five-factor"analysis framework and explores the"joint effect"and common mechanism of the impact of economic development level,community resources,multi-governance,scientific and technological support,and project operation on community governance innovation in the western region.The results show that the multi-governance pattern is the core condition to realize the innovation of community governance in the western region,and at the same time,a multi-configuration path of"endogenous power","science and technology assistance"and"multi-driving"is proposed to support the innovation of community governance in the western region of China.
