摘  要:传统连接器激光打标因生产效率低下、打标效果差、合格率没保证等因素,直接影响线束的整体效能,因此一种新型的线束连接器激光打标自动化一体设备应运而生。文章主要介绍该新型线束连接器激光打标自动化一体设备的技术背景、实现方案和打标过程。激光打标设备的升级和更新,有利于减少人力配置,增加企业收益。Due to factors such as low production efficiency,poor marking effect,and uncertain qualification rate,traditional laser marking of connectors directly affects the overall efficiency of wire harnesses.Therefore,a new type of automated equipment for laser marking of wire harness connectors has emerged.The article mainly introduces the technical background,implementation scheme,and marking process of the new type of laser marking automation equipment for wire harness connectors.The upgrading and updating of laser marking equipment is beneficial for reducing manpower allocation and increasing enterprise revenue.
