摘  要:文章基于ECE和国标的不足,阐述近光截止线对客户的影响和形成机理。从反射式LED车灯光学系统的内部结构图,分析某项目近光明暗截止线模糊的影响因素,确定反光镜的镀铝品质、产品变形和球头脱落是关键影响因素,通过实施相关的对应措施,产品的光学性能得到明显改善。该项目所体现的设计分析方法将对后续反射式LED前照灯的设计具有一定的指导作用。Based on the shortages of ECE and Chinese GB,the paper illustrates the impact of cutting-off line to the customers.By analyzing the internal structure of optical system of reflecting LED headlamp,it recognizes the main factors that mainly cause the fuzzy cutting-off line of headlamp and pick out the terminals factors such as metallization quality,deformation and peeling-off of fixation points.Via implementing the counter-measures correspondingly,the optical performance improved to a large extent.The methodology and the key factors that recognized will be of great significance for the future conception of reflecting LED headlamps.
