广东南拳之工字伏虎拳文化研究

摘　　要：文章运用访谈法和文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,对工字伏虎拳的起源、技法特征和形成因素进行详细阐述,并分析了南拳文化的价值体系,以期为中华优秀传统文化的传承和发展贡献一份力量。研究发现,工字伏虎拳是“以小冲大,以弱击强,半两消千斤”的刚极至柔的武术,除具有健身价值、文化价值和观赏价值外,还具有独特的教育价值。This paper mainly adopts the interview method,literature method,logical thinking and other methods to investigate the field investigation and investigation of Gongzi Fuhu Chuan,elaborate on the origin,technical characteristics and formation factors of Gongzi Fuhu Chuan analyze the value system of Southern Fist culture,in order to contribute to the inheritance and development of Chinese traditional culture.It was found that Gongzi Fuhu Chuan is a wushu that"punches big with small,strong with weakness,and half a thousand pounds"in addition to fitness value,cultural value and ornamental value,there is also unique educational value.
