高校武术教学中“传统”与“现代”教学理念融合研究

摘　　要：武术作为民族传统体育项目,包含了丰富的技艺和文化内涵。近年来,随着教育理念的改革和科技的发展,如何在高校武术教学中实现“传统”与“现代”教学理念的融合,成为一项重要课题。文章探讨在高校武术教学中实现“传统”与“现代”教学理念融合的策略与方法。在注重融入传统武术文化的基础上,提出建立综合的课程体系,整合理论与实践,利用科技辅助教学,推动个性化教学等融合策略,通过这些方式,不仅可以传承传统武术的技艺和文化,也可以提高学生的学习效果和满意度,实现教学的全面发展。As a traditional Chinese sport,Wushu contains rich skills and cultural connotations.In recent years,with the reform of educational concept and the development of science and technology,how to realize the integration of"traditional"and"modern"teaching concept in Wushu teaching in universities has become an important topic.This paper discusses the strategies and methods to realize the integration of"traditional"and"modern"teaching concepts in college Wushu teaching.On the basis of paying attention to the integration of traditional Wushu culture,this paper puts forward the integration strategies of establishing a comprehensive curriculum system,integrating theory and practice,using science and technology to assist teaching,promoting and personalized teaching.In these ways,we can not only inherit the skills and culture of traditional Wushu,but also improve the learning effect and satisfaction of students,and realize the all-round development of teaching.
