贵州省世居少数民族传统体育文化发展研究——以土家族为例

摘　　要：民族传统体育不只是一种锻炼身体的体育运动,也是当地文化的一部分。文章运用文献分析法和数据统计法对土家族传统体育文化的发展史进行探析,从文化变迁、制度变迁、精神变迁三个方面综合系统地分析贵州省土家族传统体育文化发展面临的困境,并探讨原因,提出建议,有效提高土家族传统体育文化自信。The national tradition sports exercise is not only a sport,is a part of local culture.This study used the literature analysis,data statistics on the history of tujia nationality traditional sports cultural image analysis,from the cultural change,institutional change,mental change comprehensive system analysis in three aspects:the problems existing in the development of tujia nationality traditional sports culture in guizhou province and to explore the reason,and put forward Suggestions,effectively improve the tujia nationality traditional sports cultural confidence.
