摘　　要：随着我国经济的快速发展和金融市场的日益开放,金融服务行业的发展呈现新趋势。在传统金融服务模式下,信息不对称、信任缺失造成金融服务效率低下的问题日益凸显。因此,金融业开始由传统货币模式向数字化转型,“金融+科技”结合的新模式逐渐成为金融业进化发展的必然选择。在此背景下,本文首先探讨了当前我国金融业发展现状及新兴金融商务区存在的问题,介绍数字金融概念、特点以及发展趋势,然后结合丽泽金融商务区实际情况,评估“金融+科技”新型数字金融商业模式,为建设新型金融商务区未来发展战略提供了部分参考依据。最后,本文结合文献研究法与案例研究法,综合理论内容与相关研究成果,依据丽泽金融商务区实际情况,分析“金融+科技”新型数字金融商业模式,借鉴部分丽泽金融商务区实施主体的成功经验,为其他地区数字化转型提供有益参考。With the rapid development of China’s economy and the increasing openness of financial markets,the financial services industry is on the new trends.Under the traditional financial service model,inefficient financial services have become increasingly prominent,due to information asymmetry and lack of trust.The financial industry is shifting from the traditional monetary model to digitalization,and the new model of“Finance+Technology”has gradually become an inevitable choice for the evolution and development of the financial industry.First of all,this article explores the current development status of China’s financial industry and the problems existing in emerging financial business districts and introduces the concept,characteristics,and trends of digital finance.Then it evaluates the“finance+technology”new digital financial business model in conjunction with the actual situation of the Lize Financial Business District and provides a partial reference for the future development strategy of constructing a new financial business district.In the end,it combines literature research and case study methods and integrates relevant theoretical literature and research results on domestic finance.Based on the actual situation of the Lize Financial Business District,it analyzes the“finance+technology”new digital financial business model,draws on the successful experience of some entities in the Lize Financial Business District,and provides a useful reference for the digital transformation of other regions.
