乡村振兴战略下野生药材资源保护:现实羁绊、内在契合、主要路径

摘　　要：野生药材资源是我国中医药事业传承和发展的物质基础,野生药材资源保护是促进中医药事业可持续发展的重要任务,在保护理念、目标举措和宗旨等方面与乡村振兴战略存在高度的内在契合。当前野生药材资源保护存在着资源依赖及消耗严重,产供不稳定;药材资源管理薄弱,制种技术落后;人工种植技术体系不完善,“农作物式”种植普遍化等问题。探索乡村振兴战略下野生药材资源保护的可行路径,需要加大对野生药材资源的保护与利用,从多维度、多视角出发加强特定生境保障与规模化发展,推动道地药材产业化,助力乡村振兴进程;科学生态种植与规范化传播,谋求绿色可持续开发;严格技术规范与接地气传授,完善野生道地药材种植体系。Wild medicinal herbs resources are the material basis for the inheritance and development of traditional Chinese medicine in China,and the protection of wild medicinal herbs resources is an important task to promote the sustainable development of traditional Chinese medicine,and there is a high degree of intrinsic fit with the strategy of rural revitalization in the aspects of the protection concepts,target initiatives and purposes.Currently,the protection of wild medicinal herbs resources is plagued by serious resource dependence and depletion,with unstable production and supply;weak resource management of medicinal herbs resources and backward seed production techniques;imperfect artificial planting technology systems,and widespread“crop-type”planting,among other problems.Exploring feasible paths for the protection of wild medicinal herbs resources under the strategy of rural revitalization,it is necessary to increase the protection and utilization of wild medicinal herbs resources,and to strengthen the protection of specific habitats and large-scale development from multi-dimensional and multi-view perspectives to promote the industrialization of wild and authentic medicinal herbs and help the process of rural revitalization;to scientific ecological planting and standardized dissemination to seek green and sustainable development;and to strict technical specifications and grounding transfer to improve the system of cultivation of wild and authentic medicinal herbs.
