摘  要:异氰脲酸三缩水甘油酯(TGIC)具有优异的耐高温性能和耐候性能,因此其广泛应用于纺织品的防熔后整理中。但由于其对皮肤和鼻腔具有刺激性,甚至会引发皮肤过敏,从而限制其在消费品中的使用。目前尚未有针对纺织品中TGIC的检测标准,也少有关于TGIC检测的相关研究报道。采用正交分析法探究了4种纺织品中TGIC含量检测的前处理方法。结果发现,萃取条件以甲苯为萃取溶剂、50℃超声萃取60 min为最优。该方法的加标回收率为85.43%~99.54%,RSD为0.22%~3.42%,定量限为3.5 mg/kg。TGIC is widely used in the anti-melting finish of textiles due to its excellent high temperature resistance and weather resistance.However,the irritation to the skin and nasal cavity,and even causing skin allergies,limit its use in consumer products.At present,there are no testing standards for TGlC in textiles,and few studies and reports on TGiC testing.The orthogonal analysis method was used to explore the pretreatment method for TGiC content detection in four kinds of textiles.The results showed that the optimum pretreatment conditions were found as follows:extraction solvent of toluene,extraction temperature of 50 C,and ultrasonic extraction time of 60 min,resulting in the recovery rate of standard sample 85.43%-99.54%,RSD 0.22%-3.42%,and the quantitative limit 3.5 mg/kg.
