摘　　要：高校建设二级学院(系)心理辅导工作站,能实现完善心理健康教育运行模式、健全工作网络体系、发挥朋辈心理辅导实效等作用。很多高校积极探索建设二级学院(系)心理辅导工作站,但目前建设推进面临着目标定位不清、运行机制不畅、考核评价缺失等困境,从明确目标定位、补足硬件配置、系统建设软件、重构运行机制、健全考核评价等方面提出应对策略,以期为高校二级学院(系)心理辅导工作站建设提供新的思路。The construction of psychological counseling workstations in schools(departments)in colleges and universities can achieve the functions of perfecting the operation mode of mental health education,perfecting the work network system and giving full play to the actual effect of peer psychological counseling.Many colleges and universities are actively exploring the construction of psychological counseling workstations in schools(departments),but at present,the construction is facing difficulties such as unclear target orientation,poor operating mechanism,and lack of assessment.This paper analyzes and proposes countermeasures from the aspects of clear target orientation,hardware configuration,system construction software,operating mechanism reconstruction,and sound assessment,in order to provide new exploration for the construction of psychological counseling workstations in schools(departments).
