摘　　要：新时代加强大学生党支部建设是高校党建工作的重要内容。从目前高校学生党支部设置方式和运行机制中,分析其优缺点,在遵循党章及党内相关法规的前提下,继承好的做法和经验,创新党支部设置和支部运行形式,通过链条式组织体系,解决学生党支部设置不科学、功能弱化、组织力不强、作用发挥不明显的问题。充分发挥学生党支部在实现立德树人培养目标中的战斗堡垒作用。Strengthening the construction of college students’Party branches in the new era is an important content of Party building in colleges and universities.This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the current setting and operation mechanism of student Party branches in colleges and universities.On the premise of following the relevant laws and regulations of Party constitution,it inherits good practices and experiences,innovates the setting and operation form of Party branches,and solves the problems of unscientific setting,weak function,weak organizational power and unclear function of student Party branches through the chain organization system.Give full play to the role of the student Party branch as a fighting fortress in realizing the goal of building morality and cultivating talents.
