摘　　要：高校作为科研和创新的重要力量,其专利技术的转移转化对于推动经济发展至关重要。文章阐述了高校专利转化的方式,分析了我国高校专利技术转化中存在的问题,如重授权轻应用、缺乏专业人才和资金、知识产权管理不健全等。针对这些问题,提出了完善知识产权管理体系、开展专利申请前评估、加强专业能力建设、优化政策制度及加强产学研合作等建议。同时,列举了一些国内外高校专利转化的成功案例。University as an important force in scientific research and innovation,and the transfer and transformation of their patented technologies is crucial to promoting economic development.The article expounds the ways of patent transformation in colleges and universities,and analyzes the problems existing in the transformation of patent technology in colleges and universities in China,such as emphasizing authorization and neglecting application,iack of professional talents and funds,and unsound management of intellectual property.In response to these problems,suggestions are put forward to improve the intellectual property management system,carry out pre-patent application evaluation,strengthen professional capacity,optimize policy systems,and strengthen industry-university-research cooperation.At the same time,some successful cases of patent transformation in universities at home and abroad are listed.
