新时代我国高校校友工作评价指标体系的构建与实现路径研究

摘　　要：本研究的背景在于新时代高校校友工作的日益重要性,意义在于为高校提供构建科学评价指标体系的路径,以全面推动高校校友工作的提升与创新。这不仅有益于高校与校友之间的更紧密联系,也有助于高校的可持续发展和更好地服务社会。本文在分析国内外高校校友工作评价研究进展的基础上,梳理了我国高校校友工作评价的理论、方法和评价体系及存在的相关问题,探讨了我国高校校友工作评价的影响因素,在此基础上构建了我国高校校友工作评价指标体系,并对指标体系的构建进行了说明和论述。研究发现,现阶段我国高校校友工作评价中存在信息化建设、校友文化建设和校友组织建设等的问题,提出了我国高校校友工作提升路径与展望。以期对高校校友工作提供科学的评价方法和指导路径。It is an important topic to construct the work system of scientific and technological talents in colleges and universities oriented to innovation ability,quality,effectiveness and contribution.On the basis of analyzing the research progress on the evaluation of scientific and technological talents in colleges and universities at home and abroad,this paper sorts out the system,theory,method and evaluation system of scientific and technological talents in colleges and universities in China,discusses the influencing factors of scientific and technological evaluation in colleges and universities in China,and on this basis,constructs the evaluation index system of scientific and technological talents in colleges and universities in China,and explains and discusses the construction of the index system.It is found that there are some problems in the evaluation of scientific and technological talents in colleges and universities in China at present,such as the balance between subjectivity and objectivity,the comprehensiveness and operability of indicators,the dynamic and timeliness,and the comprehensiveness of multi-dimensional evaluation.It is predicted that the future development of the evaluation system of scientific and technological talents in colleges and universities will be reflected in data-driven and intelligent evaluation,multi-dimensional evaluation,introduction of behavioral evaluation and dynamic evaluation,social influence and sustainable development,internationalization and international exchange.In order to provide reference for the evaluation of scientific and technological talents in colleges and universities in China in the future.
