摘  要:基于A^(2)O-MBR工艺,通过对高速公路服务区污水处理站中各处理单元及设备的电耗进行分析,明确污水处理站运行的关键耗能设备,提出精确控制下高速公路服务区污水处理站节能方案并探究其节能效果。结果表明,污水处理站中调节池水泵、好氧池曝气风机及膜曝气风机能耗分别占到总能耗的8.23%、24.14%及32.91%,是污水处理站最具节能潜力的关键设备。根据污水水量对风机及水泵进行精确控制,可显著降低污水处理站的能耗,实现单位污染物能耗降低26.52%,每年节约电能1.87万kWh,减少碳排放量约为1.94万kgCO_(2)。Based on the A^(2)O-MBR process,the power consumption of each treatment unit and equipment in the sewage treatment station of the expressway service area was analyzed,the key energy consuming equipment for the operation of the sewage treatment station was identified,and an energy-saving plan for the sewage treatment station of the expressway service area under precise control was proposed and its energy-saving effect was explored.The actual operation results showed that the energy consumption of the water pump,aerobic tank aerator and MBR tank aeration fan in the sewage treatment equipment are 8.23%,24.14%and 32.91%of the total energy consumption,respectively,which are the key to save the energy consumption of the water treatment equipment.Using precise control scheme could significantly reduce the power consumption level of water treatment equipment,reduce the power consumption of sewage treatment by 26.52%,save 18700 kWh and reduce carbon emissions by 19400 kg of CO_(2)per year.
