摘 要:首先,面向未来智能化指挥控制系统,针对系统自主适变能力评估与持续优化增长需求,提出了系统自主适变能力的概念,分析了任务需求与战场环境变化条件下该能力评估的特点与要求,给出了该能力评估的基本过程,从系统自主适变调整功能的形成过程和效果等方面建立了包括系统韧性适变、作战任务保障和知识持续成长能力的多层次多维度评估指标体系;然后,针对上述指标体系,建立了这些能力指标的获取方法和评估模型,该模型可支撑评估未来智能化指挥控制系统的自主适变能力及持续增长特性。Firstly,facing the future intelligent command and control system,and aiming at the needs of system autonomous adaptive capability assessment and continuous optimization and growth,the concept of system autonomous adaptive capability is proposed.The characteristics and requirements of the capability assessment under the conditions of changing mission requirements and battlefield environment are analyzed.The basic process of the capability assessment is given.From aspects about the forming process and the effect of system autonomous adaptive function,a multi-level and multi-dimensional assessment index system including system resilience adaptive,combat mission assurance and knowledge continuous growth capability is constructed.Then,aimed at the index system,acquisition methods and the assessment model for these capability indexes are constructed.The assessment model can support the assessment of the autonomous adaptation capability and continuous growth characteristics of the future intelligent command and control system.
