摘　　要：信息技术发展带领物流行业步入现代化、数字化新时代,对人才培养提出了新的要求。基于OBE理念,结合新时代对物流人员要求,以成果、能力需求为导向设计物流管理实验教学目标,以学生为中心设计教学过程、构建教学资源。通过“设计—教学实施—学生成果收集和教学改进”,提高实验教学的有效性,提升学生实践能力、职业素养及责任意识。The development of information technology leads the logistics industry into a new era of modernization and digitalization,which puts forward new requirements for talent training.Combined with the requirements of logistics personnel in the new era,we design the experimental teaching objectives with professional ability and quality as the orientation based on OBE concept.And we build educational process and resources by the student-centered.It is expected to improve the effect of experimental teaching and enhance students'practical ability,professional quality and sense of responsibility,through three stages of design,implementation,achievement collection and teaching improvement.
