摘 要:为了分析牵引变压器承受短路时的动稳定和热稳定能力,文章阐述了短路电流、绕组幅向及轴向短路力的推导计算方法,通过解析计算和有限元计算分析了大容量牵引变压器的短路力及安全裕度,并对同一铁芯柱上不同数量牵引绕组短路、绕组轴向安匝平衡状态对短路力的影响进行了分析。结果表明,当同一铁芯柱上仅1个牵引绕组短路时产生的短路力更大,当牵引绕组和高压绕组轴向上安匝分布均匀时,更有利于减小轴向短路力。In order to analyze the dynamic and thermal stability capabilities of traction transformer under short circuits,this paper presents the derivation and calculation methods of short-circuit current,windings radial and axial short-circuit force.The short-circuit force and safety margin of large capacity traction transformers are analyzed through analytical calculation and finite element calculation.The impact on short-circuit force due to different numbers of traction windings with short circuit on the same core column,and imbalance state of axial ampere-turns in windings is analyzed.The results show that greater short-circuit forces are produced when only one traction winding on the same core column is short-circuited.When the distribution of axial ampere-turns in traction and high-voltage windings is uniform,it is more beneficial in reducing axial short-circuit forces.
