摘  要:针对目前内燃机车和“铁牛+绞车”系统在铁路站场进行牵引作业时存在的问题,文章介绍了基于超级电容储能的电动牵车机,概述了其技术创新点,并从牵引及能耗计算、系统构成、主要控制功能等方面阐述了电传动系统的设计。该电传动系统具有低速控制精度高、智能化等特点,满足设计运用要求,符合智能绿色发展方向。Aiming at the problems existing in the traction operation of diesel locomotive and“iron ox+winch”system at railway station yard,the paper presents the development of an electric traction locomotive based on supercapacitor energy storage and its technological innovation points.It expounds the design of the electric drive system from the aspects of traction and energy consumption calculation,system composition and main control functions.This electric drive system has the characteristics of high low-speed control accuracy and intelligence,meeting the design and application requirements,and in line with the direction of intelligent green development.
