摘 要:某型电力机车钢制总风缸的设计标准已更新,因此有必要根据新的标准要求对其进行重新设计和校核。文章根据TB/T 304—2018和GB/T 150—2011对总风缸进行了设计计算,详细阐述了总风缸设计参数的选取和计算过程,并对风缸进行随机振动有限元仿真分析,结果显示该设计方案符合设计和标准要求。The design standard of the steel main reservoir of a certain type of electric locomotive has been updated,so it is necessary to redesign and check it according to the new standard requirements.In this paper,the design and calculation of the main reservoir are carried out according to TB/T 304-2018 and GB/T 150-2011.The selection and calculation process of the design parameters of main reservoir are described in detail,and the random vibration finite element simulation analysis of the reservoir is carried out.The results show that the design scheme meets the design and standard requirements.
