摘 要:随着高比例新能源接入电力系统,电网的安全、经济运行面临巨大的挑战。该文提出了考虑储能和多无功源的有功无功协调多目标优化控制策略。建立以有功网损和电压偏差最小的双层优化调度模型;采用鲸鱼群算法对该模型进行求解,得到帕累托最优解的分布;根据优化结果制定无功补偿装置的投切功率以及储能系统充放电策略,提升系统电压稳定性与平缓新能源出力波动,有效减少功率损耗,实现电网的安全、节能运行;在改进IEEE39节点系统上进行分析,验证所提模型与求解算法的有效性与合理性。As a large proportion of new energy connected to the power system poses severe challenges to the safety and economic operation of the power grid,this paper proposes a multi-objective optimization control strategy of active and reactive power coordination optimization considering energy storage systems and multi reactive sources.Firstly,a two-layer comprehensive optimal scheduling model with minimum active power loss and voltage deviation is established.Secondly,the whale particle algorithm is used to solve the model,and the distribution of Pareto optimal solutions is obtained.Based on the optimization results,the switching power of the reactive power compensation device and the charging and discharging strategy of the energy storage system are formulated to improve the voltage stability of the system and smooth the output fluctuation of new energy to effectively reduce the power loss on the line,and realize the safe and energy-saving operation of the power grid.Finally,the effectiveness and rationality of the proposed model and solving algorithm are verified and analyzed on the improved IEEE 39-node system.
