摘  要:目的:制备即用型内固定表面骨形态发生蛋白2(BMP-2)缓释涂层,验证其体内限定区域内的促成骨效果。方法:选7只健康成年犬,随机分组,根据分组情况对内置物表面进行相应的涂层处理,分别应用HA涂层,普通BMP-2涂层,即用型内固定表面BMP-2缓释涂层,观察2个月后取出带内置物的股骨,以X线片、CT片观察影像学差异,对CT断层图像进一步分析,以Aphoto软件计算内置物界面的成骨率。使用SPSS16.0软件进行统计分析。结果:各组成骨效果差异明显,缓释BMP-2涂层促成骨效果更佳,相应界面骨密度高,成骨范围广。统计学结果表明,3组间成骨率存在显著差异,成骨效果依次为即用型内固定表面BMP-2缓释涂层、普通BMP-2涂层及HA涂层,组间比较P值均<0.01。结论:即用型内固定表面BMP-2缓释涂层可在术前根据情况灵活使用,使成骨范围可控,并有较好的诱导成骨效果,可进行进一步深入研究。Objective:To prepare the BMP-2 slow-release coating on the ready-to-use internal fixation surface and verify its bone-promoting effect in the limited area of the body.Methods:Seven healthy adult dogs were randomly divided into groups,and the surface of the implant was coated according to the grouping conditions.HA coating and ordinary BMP-2 coating were applied respectively,that is,BMP-2 slow-release coating was applied to the internal fixation surface.After 2 months of observation,the femur with the implant was taken out.The imaging differences were observed by X-ray film and CT film,and the CT sectional image was further analyzed.The osteogenesis rate of the interface of the implant was calculated by Aphoto software.SPSS16.0 software was used for statistical analysis.Results:There were significant diferences in the effects of different bone components.The slow-release BMP-2 coating had a better effect on promoting bone formation,and the corresponding interface bone density was high,and the range of osteogenesis was wide.The statistical results showed that there was a significant difference in the rate of osteogenesis among the three groups.The osteogenic effect was fllowed by BMP-2 slow-release coating on the ready-to-use intermal fixation surface,ordinary BMP-2 coating and HA coating,and the p value between the groups was less than 0.01.Conclusion:The BMP-2 slow-release coating on the ready-to-use internal fixation surface can be flexibly used according to the situation before operation,so that the scope of osteogenesis can be controlled,and has good osteoinductive effect,which can be further studied.
