Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of core muscle strength training in the rehabilitation of thoracolumbar compression fracture. Methods:Sixty patients with thoracolumbar compression fracture admitted to our hospital from May 2020 to May 2021 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to parity method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received routine rehabilitation training, and the observation group received core muscle strength training.VAS scores,JOA scores,ADL scores and ODI scores of the two groups were observed before and after treatment. Results:Before treatment,VAS,JOA,ADL and ODI scores of observation group and control group were not significantly diferent(P>0.05).Affer treatment,VAS score of observation group was lower than control group,JOA score was higher than control group,ADL score was lower than control group and ODI score was lower than control group, the differences were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of core muscle strength training in the rehabilitation of thoracolumbar compression fracture can reduce the degree of pain, improve the lumbar score and enhance the ability of daily living.
