临床护理路径对髋关节置换术患者围术期的应用效果及对下肢深静脉血栓的预防作用分析

摘　　要：目的:分析接受髋关节置换术治疗的患者在实施围术期护理服务的过程中临床护理路径的应用效果及对下肢深静脉血栓(Deep venous thrombosis,DVT)的预防作用。方法:本次研究将我院2019年6月-2022年6月接受髋关节置换术治疗的患者64例作为研究对象,根据电脑随机分组法将患者分为人数相同的观察组与对照组,观察组32例患者在围术期运用临床护理路径实施护理服务,对照组32例患者在围术期运用常规护理实施护理工作。结果:观察组患者卧床时间、住院时间、疼痛程度、髋关节功能以及下肢功能、步频与步速均显著差别于对照组患者,P<0.05;观察组患者DVT等相关并发症发生率显著低于对照组患者,P<0.05。结论:临床护理路径是髋关节置换术患者的一种理想围术期护理方案,对DVT有着较为显著的预防作用。Objective:To analyze the effect of clinical nursing pathway in the perioperative care of patients undergoing hip arthroplasty and its preventive effect on Deep venous thrombosis(DVT).Methods:A total of 64 patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty were enrolled in this study.All the patients were followed up for 6 months to thrombosis.In this study,64 patients with hip replacement were randomly divided into study group and control group according to the method of computer,the study group(32 cases)used the clinical nursing path to carry out the nursing service during the perioperative period,and the control group(32 cases)used the routine nursing during the perioperative period.Results:The duration of bed rest,hospital stay,pain,hip joint function,lower limb function,step frequency and step speed in the study group were significantly different from those in the control group(P&Lt;O.05).The incidence of DVT-related complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P&Lt;0.05).Conclusion:The clinical nursing path is an ideal perioperative nursing plan for patients with hip replacement,which has a significant preventive effect on DVT.
