摘  要:扁挤压筒温控精度对维持完整稳定的扁挤压工艺过程、保证挤压制品质量、延长扁挤压筒使用寿命,起着至关重要的作用。实际工作时,扁挤压筒温度受自身加热方式、铸锭温度、模具温度、变形热、摩擦热等诸多因素影响,控制极难,温度不准。为此,研发扁挤压筒多向分区加热控制技术,保证扁挤压筒精准温控。The temperature control accuracy of the flat extrusion cylinder plays a vital role in maintaining the complete and stable flat extrusion process,ensuring the quality of the extruded products and extending the service life of the flat extrusion cylinder.In actual work,the temperature of the flat extrusion cylinder is affected by many factors such as its own heating method,ingot temperature,mold temperature,deformation heat,friction heat,etc.,which is extremely difficult to control and the temperature is inaccurate.Therefore,the multi-directional zonal heating control technology of the flat extrusion cylinder is developed to ensure the accurate temperature control of the flat extrusion cylinder.
