摘　　要：本文对多孔模在EP伺服转塔冲床上的应用进行了介绍,系统分析了多子模功能的各个组成部分。本多孔模的应用由多孔模具、发那科控制系统以及CNCkad自动编程软件组成,包括多孔模具的调用、多孔模具的运行控制、多孔模具的保护死区切换等多种技术,通过自动编程软件为客户实现完整的加工流程。This paper introduces the application of multiaperture mould on servo turret punch press,Each component of the function of multi-sub-die is analyzed systematically.The function of multi-mold includes multi-mold,FANUC control system,CNCKAD automatic programming software.Includes calls to multiple child modls,Operation control of mould,multiaperture mould protection dead zone switch and other technologies.Through automatic programming software for customers to achieve a complete process.
