摘  要:基于变截面箱梁的独特构造,本文对公路桥梁上现浇的变截面连接箱梁提出一种新的模具制作方案,探讨了一种将模具化整为零的制作方法,并对其模具制作和施工技术操作进行了深入研究。通过结合实际案例对该方法进行了详细的理论研究和施工论证,同时将该化整为零的模具制作方法与传统一体化模具制作方法进行了全面对比。该方法相较于传统模具制作方法具有明显优势,显著节约制造和运输成本,有效提高施工效率,组装过程十分便捷,使模具安装变得更加高效。能够充分提高模板的重复利用率,从而减少资源浪费,具有较好的环保特性和可持续发展优势。Based on the unique structure of variable cross-section box girder,this paper proposes a new mold production scheme for the cast-in-place variable cross-section connected box girder on highway bridges,discusses a production method of turning the mold into zero,and conducts an in-depth research on its mold production and construction technology operation.Detailed theoretical research and construction demonstration of the method is carried out by combining with actual cases,and at the same time,a comprehensive comparison is made between the zero-integrated mold production method and the traditional inte-grated mold production method.This method has obvious advantages compared with the traditional mold production method,significantly saving manufacturing and transportation costs,effectively improving construction efficiency,the assembly process is very convenient,so that the mold installation becomes more efficient.It can fully improve the reuse rate of formwork,thus reducing the waste of resources,and has better environmental characteristics and sustainable development advantages.
