养心氏片对冠状动脉慢性完全闭塞病变患者的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析养心氏片对冠状动脉慢性完全闭塞病变(CTO)患者心绞痛及焦虑、抑郁状态变化的影响。方法:选取2021年9月至2023年5月山东中医药大学附属医院收治的CTO心绞痛及焦虑、抑郁状态的患者70例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组,每组35例。通过血清一氧化氮(NO),西雅图心绞痛量表(SAQ)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)等量表评分作为结局指标。结果:治疗后,2组血清NO均比治疗前升高(P<0.05);且血清NO升高程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。2组在SAQ量表中躯体活动受限程度(PL)、心绞痛稳定状态(AS)、心绞痛发作情况(AF)、治疗满意程度(TS)、对疾病认识程度(DP)均比治疗前升高(P<0.05);且PL、AS、AF、TS 4个方面提高程度优于对照组(P<0.05),DP(P>0.05)。2组SAS、SDS等量表评分均比治疗前降低(P<0.05);且SAS、SDS等量表评分降低程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:CTO介入术后容易出现“双心疾病”。因此,养心氏片基于“以补为养”“以通为养”“以安为养”的养心理论学术思想,在改善患者血清NO、SAQ、SAS、SDS方面效果显著,使患者生命质量得到提高,且安全性好,可在临床上运用和推广。Objective:To analyse the effect of Yangxinshi Tablet on angina pectoris,anxiety and depression status in patients with chronic total occlusion(CTO) of the coronary artery.Methods:Seventy CTO patients with angina pectoris,anxiety and depression admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into observation group and control group using random number table method,with 35 in each group.The serum nitric oxide(NO),seattle angina questionnaire(SAQ),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),and self-rating depression scale(SDS) scores were used as outcome indexes.Results:After treatment,serum NO in observation group and control group was higher than that before treatment(P<0.05),and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Both group showed an increase in physical limitation(PL),angina stability(AS),angina frequency(AF),treatment satisfaction(TS),and disease perception(DP) of the SAQ scale compared with the pre-treatment level(P<0.05),and the observation group was superior to the control group in PL,AS,AF,and TS(P<0.05),while no difference was found in DP(P>0.05).The SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),with the observation group better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:CTO easily leads to psycho-cardiological disease after intervention.Yangxinshi Tablet exerts significant effects in NO,SAQ,SAS and SDS,which is based on the academic ideas of nourishing by supplementing,unblocking,and tranquillizing.It improves the quality of life of patients with high safety,and thus can be used and promoted in clinical practice.
