摘  要:针对风电行业备件数量多、需求波动大、分布地区广和业务需求多样的特性,现有评价指标体系不能全面评估的问题,提出了基于重要度的两级多指标分类方法。首先,对风电企业运维业务数据进行分析,从风电机组备件采购、备件调配、备件使用的3个准则17个指标建立层次备件评价指标体系,并依据指标特点构建赋分体系。其次选取定性、定量指标计算备件重要度,作为先筛选再分类两级分类依据,得出3大类、27小类的分类结果。最后对分类结果进行分析,提出相应的管理建议。In order to solve the problems of spare parts management in the wind power industry,such as large quantity,large demand fluctuation,wide distribution area and diverse business needs,a two-level and multi-index classification method based on importance degree was proposed.Firstly,this paper analyzes the operation and maintenance business data of wind power enterprises,establishes a hierarchical spare parts evaluation index system from 3 criteria and 17 indexes including wind power spare parts procurement,spare parts allocation and spare parts use,and constructs a scoring system according to the characteristics of the indexes.Secondly,qualitative and quantitative indexes were selected to calculate the importance of spare parts,which were used as the basis for screening and then classification,and the classification results of 3 categories and 27 subcategories were obtained.Finally,the classification results are analyzed and corresponding management suggestions are put forward.
