摘　　要：夜景照明是城市夜晚的靓丽底色,它不仅满足了居民基本的光照需求,也是塑造城市形象、提升城市知名度与影响力、促进城市经济发展、增强市民幸福感的重要手段。本文以泉州城市夜景照明的规划设计与第一期东海、城东片区及晋江、洛阳江两岸照明提升改造实施为例,探讨科学规划、设计先行思路下,城市夜景照明实施如何与丰富的艺术手法融合,创造出独具城市特色且富有创新性的城市夜景环境,为同类型设计提供参考。Nightscape is the brilliant view of urban city.It not only meets the basic lighting needs of residents,but is also an important instrument to shape the image of the city,increase the city's popularity and influence,promote the development of the city's economy,and improve the happiness of citizens.This article takes the planning and design of urban nightscape lighting in Quanzhou and the first-phase lighting improvement implementation plan for the Donghai and Chengdong areas and the Jinjiang and Luoyang rivers as examples to explore scientific planning and design advanced ideas,and how the implementation of urban nightscape lighting is integrated with rich artistic means,creating a unique and innovative urban night scene environment,providing a reference for similar designs.
