摘 要:随着社会的发展,商业宣传的多元化需求促使户外广告设施数量庞大、种类繁多,常见的形式为LED显示屏、大型广告灯箱等。大规模LED的使用,造成户外广告设施供电线路的3次谐波电流过大,进而导致零线电流过大,电缆及开关等设施温度过高,存在安全隐患。本文介绍一种零线电流处理系统,解决LED户外广告零线电流过大问题,通过使用前后各相电流、零线电流的对比,证实本系统的有效性。本系统在深圳投入使用,为户外广告设施电气安全管理提供了样板,具有较强的示范作用。With the development of society,the diversified demand for commercial publicity has prompted a large number and variety of outdoor advertising facilities,which are commonly used in the form of LED display screens and large advertising light boxes.The use of large-scale LED has caused the thirdharmonic current of the power supply line of outdoor advertising facilities to be too large,resulting in excessive neutral line current,high temperature of cables and switches and other facilities,and there are security risks.This paper introduces a neutral line current processing system to solve the problem of excessive neutral line current in LED outdoor advertising.The effectiveness of this system is confirmed by comparing the phase current and neutral line current before and after use.This system is put into use in ShenZhen which provides a model for the electrical safety management of outdoor advertising facilities,and has a strong demonstration role.
