摘　　要：为提高沥青路面裂缝修补效果,延长路面使用寿命,开发了聚氨酯增韧环氧树脂(PUEP)裂缝修补材料,通过加入聚氨酯提高环氧树脂材料的韧性和变形性能,并设计试验对比了PUEP与其他常用修补材料的力学性能、耐久性、抗异物嵌挤性能及耐腐蚀性能。结果表明:PUEP具有较高的拉伸和压缩强度,能够很好地抵抗裂缝压缩变形。耐久性较好,在浸水、冻融、热氧老化及高温环境下具有良好稳定性。抗异物嵌挤能力较好,可以防止砂石嵌挤破坏,且耐汽油腐蚀性能较好,满足路面腐蚀性能要求。变形能力略显不足,但能满足修补材料的变形要求。PUEP的使用可以明显提高路面裂缝修补效果,延长路面服务寿命。In order to improve the repair effect of asphalt pavement and prolong the service life of pavement,the polyurethane toughened epoxy resin(PUEP)crack repair material was developed to improve the toughness and deformation ability of epoxy resin through the addition of polyurethane,and designed tests to compare the mechanical properties,durability,resistance to embedment and corrosion of PUEP with other commonly used repair materials.The results showed that PUEP had high tensile and compressive strength to well resist compression deformation,with good durability under water,freezing and thawing,thermal oxygen aging and high temperature environment,and good embedment resistance to prevent damage due to sand and gravel embedding,and corrosion caused by gasoline,which met the requirements of pavement corrosion.However,the ability of deformation of the material was slightly insufficient,but it met the deformation requirements of the repair materials.The use of PUEP can significantly improve the effect of crack repair and prolong the service life of pavement.
