摘  要:以腰果酚、糠醛、四乙烯五胺为原料通过分子设计合成了无醛腰果酚环氧树脂固化剂(FFCEC)。采用傅立叶红外光谱仪和示差扫描量热仪对产物的结构和固化行为进行了研究,并测试了固化物的综合性能。结果表明,FFCEC的最佳制备条件为:腰果酚、四乙烯五胺与糠醛物质的量比为1∶1∶1.28,反应温度70℃。腰果酚环氧树脂与FFCEC的最佳质量比为2∶1,固化反应表观活化能Ea为35.168 kJ/mol,优化的固化工艺条件为30℃/2 h+80℃/2 h。该固化剂制备工艺简单,绿色环保,固化物具有优良的理化性能,有望在胶粘剂、涂料等领域获得应用。The formaldehyde-free cardanol modified amine epoxy curing agent(FFCEC)was prepared using cardanol,furfural and tetraethylenepentamine as raw materials.The structure and curing behavior of the product were studied by FT-IR and differential scanning calorimetry,and the comprehensive performance of the cured product was tested.The results showed that the optimal preparation conditions for FFCEC were as follows:the molar ratio of cashew phenol,tetraethylenepentamine and furfural was 1∶1∶1.28,and the reaction temperature was 70℃.The optimal mass ratio of cardanol epoxy resin to FFCEC was 2∶1,the apparent activation energy Ea of the curing reaction was 35.168 kJ/mol,and the optimized curing process condition was 30℃/2 h+80℃/2 h.The preparation process of this curing agent is simple,green and environmentally friendly,and the cured product has excellent physical and chemical properties,which is expected to be applied in fields such as adhesives and coatings.
