摘　　要：当今世界依然处在马克思主义所指明的历史时代,同时处于列宁所说的帝国主义时代,习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想就是帝国主义由垄断、寄生向垂死阶段过渡其中包括垂死阶段的21世纪马克思主义。当前,全球第五次资本主义总危机已经到来。新的科学技术革命不会拯救而只会进一步加速资本主义向其坟墓迈进,战争包括世界大战都同样无法挽救帝国主义最终灭亡之命运。对于坚强的中国共产党和中国人民来说,无论是在真刀真枪的“硬实力”还是在“和平演变”的“软实力”面前,帝国主义都是纸老虎。未来将有一批有良知的知识分子转到世界左翼甚至社会主义阵营之中,世界社会主义灿烂的春天就在前方。The world today is still in the historical era pointed out by Marxism,and at the same time it is in the era of what Lenin called imperialism;Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era is Marxism in the 21st century during the period of imperialism transition from monopoly and parasitism to its dying stage.At present,the fifth global total crisis of capitalism has arrived.The new technological revolution will not save capitalism,but instead it will further accelerate capitalism moving towards its grave;nor can wars,including world wars,save imperialism from its ultimate demise.Imperialism is always a paper tiger in front of the determined Communist Party of China and the Chinese people,whether it uses its“hard power”of a real war or“soft power”of“peaceful evolution”.In the future,a group of conscientious intellectuals in the Western stronghold will transfer to the world's left camp and even the socialist camp,and a bright new spring lies ahead for world socialism.
