摘　　要：目的对古籍《南阳灸经》中灸法治疗泄痢的条文进行统计分析,探究其取穴规律及依据,为现代针灸临床治疗泄痢提供借鉴。方法收集《南阳灸经》中灸法治疗泄痢的条文,对穴位的使用频次、腧穴归经、特定属性、分布部位等内容进行统计分析。结果共收集条文21条,使用穴位17个;共涵盖5条经脉,包括3条正经和2条奇经;取穴属性以背俞穴和募穴为主,取穴部位以腰背部为主。结论《南阳灸经》灸法治疗泄痢以单穴为主,所选经脉以任脉和足太阳膀胱经为重,又善于结合俞募配穴脏腑辨证选穴,对当今针灸临床治疗泄痢具有借鉴意义。Objective To statistically analyze the provisions of moxibustion in the ancient book Nanyang Moxibustion Classic for the treatment of diarrhea,explore its acupoint selection rules and basis,and provide a reference for modern acupuncture and moxibustion in the clinical treatment of diarrhea.Methods The provisions of moxibustion in the Nanyang Moxibustion Classic for the treatment of diarrhea were collected,and statistical analysis on the frequency of acupoint use,the meridian of acupoints,specific attributes,and distribution locations was conducted.Results A total of 21 provisions were collected,and 17 acupoints were used;a total of five meridians were covered,including three main meridians and two extra meridians;acupoint selection attributes were mainly Backshu acupoints and Mu acupoints,and acupoint selection sites were mainly on the waist and back.Conclusion Nanyang Moxibustion Classic moxibustion mainly focuses on single acupoints in the treatment of diarrhea,and the selected meridians are mainly on Renmai and Foot Taiyang Bladder Meridian.It is also good at combining Backshu acupoints and Mu acupoints with viscera and organs to select acupoints,which has reference significance for clinical treatment of diarrhea with acupuncture and moxibustion.
