银花泌炎灵片联合硝呋太尔片对女性尿路感染患者的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的 分析银花泌炎灵片联合硝呋太尔片治疗女性尿路感染的治疗效果。方法 选取北京市大兴区中西医结合医院2020年12月—2022年3月泌尿外科门诊收治的女性尿路感染患者100例,按照随机数字表法进行分组,每组各50例,研究组应用银花泌炎灵片联合硝呋太尔片治疗,对照组单独应用硝呋太尔片。比较分析两组患者治疗前后镜检白细胞数目、尿沉渣白细胞数、尿细菌培养阳性的变化,两组中医症状疗效、单项中医症状疗效。结果 两组患者用药后的镜检白细胞数目、尿沉渣白细胞数、尿细菌培养阳性率低于治疗前(P <0.05)。两组治疗后镜检白细胞数目、尿沉渣白细胞数比较,研究组低于对照组(P <0.05)。两组治疗后尿细菌培养阳性率比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。研究组的总有效率为90%,对照组的总有效率为76%,研究组中医证候积分高于对照组(P <0.05)。研究组治疗后尿频、尿热、尿痛、小腹不适总有效率均高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 银花泌炎灵片联合硝呋太尔片可有效改善女性尿路感染患者的尿检指标及中医证候。Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of Yinhua Miyanling Tablets combined with Nifuratel Tablets in the treatment of female urinary tract infections.Methods A total of 100 female patients with urinary tract infections admitted to the Department of Urology,Beijing Daxing District Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from December 2020 to March 2022 were divided into groups according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The study group was treated with Yinhua Miyanling Tablets combined with Nifuratel Tablets,while the control group was treated with Nifuratel Tablets.The changes in the number of white blood cells,the number of white blood cells in urinary sludge,and the positive changes during urine bacterial culture in the two groups were examined by microscopy before and after treatment,and the efficacy of TCM symptoms and single TCM symptoms in the two groups were compared.Results The number of white blood cells,the number of white blood cells in urinary sludge,and the positive changes during urine bacterial culture in the two groups after medication were lower than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the number of white blood cells and the number of white blood cells in urinary sludge between the two groups after treatment(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in the positive rate during urinary bacterial culture between the two groups after treatment(P > 0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was 90%,and that of the control group was 76%.The curative effect of TCM symptoms in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The total effective rate of urinary frequency,urinary heat,urinary pain,and lower abdominal discomfort in the study group was higher than that in the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion
