火针联合丹参酮胶囊、多西环素治疗中重度痤疮的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的 评价火针联合丹参酮胶囊、多西环素治疗中重度痤疮(湿热蕴结证)的临床疗效。方法 选择2019年6月—2021年6月在山东大学附属威海市立医院皮肤科就诊的100例中重度痤疮(湿热蕴结证)患者,按照随机数字表法分为治疗组50例、对照组50例,治疗组予以火针联合丹参酮胶囊、多西环素治疗,对照组予丹参酮胶囊、多西环素治疗。两组均治疗6周,比较两组的临床疗效和不良反应。结果 治疗组47例、对照组42例完成观察。治疗组治疗2、4、6周后,总有效率分别为44.68%、80.85%、93.62%,治疗4周后与本组治疗2周后比较,治疗6周后与本组治疗4周后比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗6周后,治疗组总有效率(93.62%)高于对照组(80.95%,P <0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论火针联合丹参酮胶囊、多西环素治疗中重度痤疮(湿热蕴结证)安全、有效。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of fire needling combined with tanshinone capsules and doxycycline in the treatment of moderate to severe acne in the patients with the syndrome of dampness-heat accumulation.Methods A total of 100 patients with moderate to severe acne(syndrome of dampness-heat accumulation) treated in the Department of Dermatology,Weihai Municipal Hospital affiliated to Shandong University from June 2019 to June 2021 were assigned into a treatment group(n = 50) and a control group(n = 50) by the random number table method.The treatment group received fire needling combined with tanshinone capsules and doxycycline,while the control group was treated with only tanshinone capsules and doxycycline.Both groups were treated for 6 weeks,and the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results A total of 47 patients in the treatment group and 42 patients in the control group completed the trial.After 2,4,and 6 weeks of treatment,the total response rates of the treatment group were 44.68%,80.85%,and 93.62%,respectively,which showed significant differences between 2 and 4 weeks as well as between between 4 and 6 weeks(P < 0.05).After 6 weeks of treatment,the total response rate of the treatment group was 93.62%,which was higher than that(80.95%) of the control group(P < 0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P > 0.05).Conclusion Fire needling combined with tanshinone capsules and doxycycline is safe and effective in the treatment of moderate to severe acne in the patients with the syndrome of dampness-heat accumulation.
