摘  要:本文研制了一种新型模块化短波组合滤波器及其装置用于短波通信发射信号谐波抑制。文中给出了滤波器的具体指标,详细阐述了椭圆滤波器的电路拓扑,通过设计仿真,确定了LC技术参数。本文提出了滤波器新型组合立体式结构,采用片式印制板安装滤波电容和电感;采用增大印制覆铜面积解决高功率下的高压电容散热问题;采用铜螺杆装置解决信号传输的同时完成了结构支撑;通过改变电容与电感参数,实现了多波段滤波器;设计了端接高压继电器转换组件,通过组件将多个波段的滤波器相连接,实现了多波段组合滤波器通道切换。本文所研制的9阶椭圆滤波器二次谐波抑制度大于45 dB,三次谐波抑制度大于65 dB,插入损耗小于0.5 dB。给出了测试曲线与结果,测试结果完全满足技术指标要求,并成功验证。该滤波器成本低,应用前景广泛。A new-type modular Sw-band combined filter and its device was developed in this paper,for harmonic suppression of SW-band communication transmitted signals.The specific indexes of the filter are giv-en and the topology of elliptic filter was described in detail.LC parameters are determined by simulation meth-od.A new combined three-dimensional filter structure was proposed,in which the chip printed boards are used to install the capacitors and inductances.The copper covered area was increased to solve the heat dissipation problem of high voltage capacitor under high power.Cooper screw was adopted to solve signal transmission and complete structural support at the same time.By changing the capacitances and inductances parameters,a multi-band filter was realized,in which the high voltage relay conversion assembly is designed for connecting and switching the filters.The insertion loss S21 of the 9-order elliptic filter developed in this paper is less than 0.5dB,while the second harmonic and third harmonic are less than 45dB and 65dB respectively.The test curves and results were given,which met the technical requirements and had been verified on the radar equipment.The results show that the filter has low cost and wide application prospect.
