摘　　要：针对湿式电除尘器投产后加剧“烟囱雨”产生的现象,本文通过计算分析探讨,认为增加湿式电除尘器后加剧“烟囱雨”形成的主要原因在于电凝并效应,并提出形成“烟囱雨”的沉降临界当量直径和汽化临界当量直径概念。针对此问题设计了特殊旋流装置,基本消除了湿式电除尘器“烟囱雨”现象,解决了湿式电除尘器的共性问题。In view of the common phenomenon that"chimney rain"is aggravated after wet electrostatic precipitator is put into operation,this paper considers that the main reason for the formation of"chimney rain"is the electric coagulation effect after adding wet electrostatic precipitator,and puts forward the concepts of critical equivalent diameter of sedimentation and vaporization.Through practical engineering verification,the phenomenon of"chimney rain"of wet electrostatic precipitator is basically eliminated,and the common drawbacks of wet electrostatic precipitator are solved.
