摘　　要：焚烧法处理危险废物通常以回转窑为核心设备。为解决回转窑难以明确获悉其内部燃烧情况的难题,本公司开发了应用于危险废物焚烧设备的红外在线测温系统,可实时显示窑体整体热成像图,分析干燥、热解、燃烧、燃尽区段温度分布情况,提早发现窑内异常工况,辅助焚烧系统稳定运行。Rotary kiln is usually as the core equipment for hazardous waste incineration treatment.It is difficult to know the internal combustion situation within a rotary kiln.Aiming at this problem,this company develops an infrare on-line temperature measurement system,which was applicated in the hazardous waste incineration treatment project.The system realizes the real-time display of overall thermal imaging of the kiln,analyzes the temperature distribution in drying,pyrolysis,combustion and burnout sections,discovers abnormal conditions within the kiln in advance,and supports the stable operation of incineration system.
