摘　　要：随着社会的发展和进步,越来越多的人开始关注残障人士的阅读权益,无障碍阅读也成为一个备受关注的话题。鸟取县图书馆作为日本公共图书馆无障碍阅读服务较早的实践者,它在无障碍阅读服务方面做出的努力得到了业内的肯定。文章通过介绍、分析鸟取县图书馆开展无障碍阅读服务的实践和经验,借鉴其在立法保障、多元化的服务模式、加强定制特殊阅读资源的能力、扩大社会合作、注重人才的培养和优化方面的实践经验,为我国无障碍阅读服务提供参考。With the development and progress of society,more and more people are paying attention to the reading rights of people with disabilities,and accessible reading has become a topic of great concern.As a pioneer in accessible reading services in Japan,Tottori Prefectural Library has gained recognition in the industry for its efforts in providing accessible reading services.The article introduces and analyzes the practice and experience of the Tottori Prefectural Library in providing accessible services,and draws on its practical experience in legislative protection,diversified service models,strengthening the ability to customize special reading resources,expanding social cooperation,and focusing on talent cultivation and optimization,aiming at providing reference for accessible reading services in China.
