广州市越秀区社区居民健康相关知识知晓情况及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解广州市越秀区社区居民健康相关知识的知晓情况,分析其影响因素,为开展提高居民健康相关知识水平工作提供参考依据。方法采用简单随机抽样的方法,对在广州市越秀区辖区内的社区卫生服务中心就医的406名居民进行现场问卷调查。分析调查对象的健康相关知识知晓情况及其影响因素。结果406名越秀区常住居民的健康相关知识平均得分为79.16分,知晓率为82.27%(344/406),其中对问题条目“药物包装上标签OTC表示是?”和“乙肝传染途径?”知晓率较低,分别为31.28%和36.45%。不同年龄、教育程度、婚姻情况、医疗保险情况、慢性病患病情况、健康教育获得情况以及是否经常了解健康相关知识情况的调查对象的健康相关知识知晓率比较差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)值分别为18.197、35.359、10.569、19.951、4.044、16.878、21.736,P<0.05)。多因素分析结果显示,健康相关知识知晓情况与年龄、受教育程度、是否获得健康教育服务、是否患有慢性病、是否经常了解健康相关知识等因素有关(O R值分别为0.138、10.646、2.030、3.273、2.416,P均<0.05)。结论广州市越秀区社区居民的健康相关知识知晓水平总体较高,但对部分健康相关知识仍缺乏相应的认知;年龄、受教育程度、是否获得健康教育服务、是否患有慢性病、是否经常了解健康相关知识等是健康相关知识知晓情况的影响因素。Objective To understand the awareness of health related knowledge among residents in Yuexiu district of Guangzhou city,and analyze the influencing factors,so as to provide reference for improving the level of health knowledge among residents.Methods A simple random sampling method was used to conduct an on-site questionnaire survey on 406 residents who sought medical treatment at community health centers under the jurisdiction of Yuexiu district.The health-related knowledge of the survey respondents and their influencing factors were analyzed.Results The average score of health related knowledge of 406 residents in Yuexiu district was 79.16,and the awareness rate was 82.27%(344/406).The awareness rate of the question“What OTC on the label of drug package means”and“How hepatitis B is transmitted?”were low at 31.28%and 36.45%respectively.There was a statistically significant difference in health-related knowledge among respondents of different ages,educational levels,marital status,health insurance status,chronic disease prevalence,access to health education,and whether or not they were regularly informed about health-related knowledge(χ^(2)=18.197,35.359,10.569,19.951,4.044,16.878 and 21.736,P<0.05).The results of multivariate analysis showed that the awareness of health-related knowledge was related to age,education level,health education services,chronic diseases,health knowledge and other factors(OR=0.138,10.646,2.030,3.273 and 2.416,all P<0.05).Conclusion The awareness level of health knowledge of the residents of community health service centers in Yuexiu district is generally high,but there is still a lack of corresponding awareness of some health knowledge.Age,education level,access to health education services,chronic diseases,and regularity of health-related knowledge were the factors influencing the awareness of health-related knowledge.
