京津冀建筑业贡献率测算及发展对策研究

摘　　要：基于2011—2021年京津冀各地区建筑业地区生产总值、建筑业增加值等相关统计数据,分析建筑业产业效益及生产能力发展状况,并进一步利用建筑业贡献率模型,衡量建筑业对各地经济的贡献度。结果表明:建筑业平均贡献率测量结果中,河北(6.40%)>天津(5.91%)>北京(3.94%)。建筑业整体发展状况表明,京津冀地区建筑产业结构、发展水平存在较大差距,其建筑产业转型升级存在较大阻力。研究提出因地制宜制定建筑业发展规划、统一市场环境、完善利益分配机制、构建多主体协同推进战略的发展对策。Based on the relevant statistical data such as GDP and added value of the construction industry in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region from 2011 to 2021,this paper analyzes the industrial efficiency and production capacity development of the construction industry.The construction industry contribution rate model is used to measure the contribution of the construction industry to the economy of each region.The results show that the average contribution of the construction industry is measured as Hebei(6.40%)>Tianjin(5.91%)>Beijing(3.94%).The overall development of the construction industry shows that there is a big gap in the structure and development level of the construction industry in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,and there is great resistance to the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry.The study puts forward development countermeasures to formulate development plans for the construction industry according to local conditions,unify the market environment,improve the benefit distribution mechanism,and build a multi-entity collaborative promotion strategy.
