调节聚焦倾向对建筑工人安全公民行为影响研究

摘　　要：建筑工人安全公民行为的实施有利于施工现场事故率的降低和安全绩效的提升。基于调节聚焦理论,研究不同聚焦倾向的建筑工人的自我效能和自主安全动机对安全公民行为的作用路径,构建建筑工人安全公民行为心理驱动因素理论模型。通过SPSS与AMOS等分析工具,对收集的数据进行统计分析,采用结构方程模型(SEM)验证假设。结果表明:自我效能及促进型聚焦对自主安全动机影响显著;自主安全动机、促进型聚焦、防御型聚焦对安全公民行为有正向影响作用;防御型聚焦评价对安全动机没有显著的影响关系。研究拓展了传统建筑行业安全绩效提升路径,通过针对不同聚焦倾向的建筑工人提升安全自主动机、自我效能培养等创新措施,培育和引导建筑工人自发采取有利于安全绩效提升的行为。The safety citizenship behaviors of construction workers are conducive to reducing construction site accident rates and the improving safety performance.Based on the moderated focusing theory,this paper studies the effect path of self-efficacy and autonomous safety motivation of construction workers with different focusing tendencies on safety citizenship behaviors of construction workers.Then,a theoretical model of psychological drivers of safety citizenship behavior of construction workers is built.SPSS,AMOS,and other analytical tools are used for statistical analysis of the collected data,and a structural equation model(SEM)is used to verify the hypotheses.The results show that self-efficacy and promotive focus have significant effects on autonomous safety motivation.Autonomous security motivation,promoting focus,and defensive focus have positive effects on security citizenship behavior.Defensive focus evaluation has no significant effect on safety motivation.Based on the above conclusions,the traditional safety performance improvement path of the construction industry is expanded.In addtion,innovative measures,such as improving safety autonomous motivation and self-efficacy training for construction workers with different focusing tendencies,are adopted to guide construction workers to voluntarily adopt behaviors conducive to improving safety performance.
