摘 要:明确小麦的抗旱特性,研究干旱胁迫对小麦生理生化指标的影响,对提高旱地小麦产量具有指导意义。本研究以9种抗旱性不同的小麦品种为材料,利用20%聚乙二醇(PEG)处理小麦72 h后,检测和分析3个转录因子基因TaNAC2、TabZIP15和TaSIM的表达水平和小麦抗旱性指标。结果表明,在干旱耐受型品种中TaNAC2、TabZIP15和TaSIM的基因表达量均高于干旱敏感型品种,并且在干旱胁迫下TaNAC2、TabZIP15和TaSIM的表达量与丙二醛含量极显著负相关,与相对含水量、可溶性蛋白和可溶性糖含量显著正相关,推测TaNAC2、TabZIP15和TaSIM的表达量可作为评估小麦抗旱性的参考指标。Clarifying the drought resistance characteristics of wheat and studying the effects of drought stress on physiological and biochemical indexes o f wheat have guiding significance for improving the yield of dryland wheat.In this study,nine wheat varieties with different drought resistances were used as materials.After 72 h treatment with 20%PEG,the expression levels of three transcription factor genes TaNAC2,TabZIP15 and TaSIM and drought resistance indexes of wheat were detected and analyzed.The results showed that the gene expression levels of TaNAC2,TabZIP15 and TaSIM in drought-tolerant varieties were higher than those in drought-sensitive varieties.Under drought stress,the expression levels of TaNAC2,TabZIP15 and TaSIM were significantly negatively correlated with MDA content,and significantly positively correlated with relative water content,soluble protein and soluble sugar content.It was speculated that the expression levels of TaNAC2,TabZIP15 and TaSIM could be used as reference indexes for evaluating drought resistance of wheat.
